- Common Issues: Startup failures (SystemD, Router), Java errors, and duplicate PIDs.
- Log Analysis: Using Request Logs and Trace IDs to track API calls.
- Architecture & Database: A tour of Artifactory tables (nodes, binaries) and Access tables.
- Xray Diagnostics: Troubleshooting Indexer, Persist, Analysis services, and RabbitMQ queues.
- Support Best Practices: How to provide necessary information (bundles, logs) to skip the initial support triage phase.
