How do I purchase training or use my credit code?

- Visit the Instructor Led Training page.
- Find your preferred training course, click on ‘Buy’, then choose the number of seats you want to purchase for this course and choose the date that fits best with your schedule from the offered dates.
- Click on ‘Purchase’ and choose a payment method (either Credit Card or Training code) enter your credit card information, or the training credit code (if you received one). Click ‘Review and Pay’ to complete the checkout process.
- You will receive an enrollment confirmation email within minutes.
How do I change my registration or cancel it?

- Changes to registration or cancellations are permitted up to 4 business days before the scheduled course.
- To do so, go to the training page, and then to the course you purchased, click on the name of the course and you will see the session you are registered to. Click on the ‘Cancel Registration’ button, it will show you that you have been unregistered from the event.
- Now you can choose a different date to take this course, don’t worry, if you purchased seats in this course, your registration will be saved for you and you can return within a year to choose the best date for you from the offered sessions.
I have canceled my registration, do I get a refund?

- Cancellations are permitted up to 4 business days before the scheduled course.
- If you purchased seats in the course and didn’t attend the day of the session, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- If you cancel your registration more than 4 business days before the scheduled session and no longer wish to reschedule for a different date, please reach out to training@jfrog.com to request a refund
How do I get the recording of the course I attended?

Within one day of completing your course, you will receive an email from JFrog Academy. This email will include a link to the course recording, access to course materials, the completion badge you earned, and a link to our feedback survey
I have registered for the course I wanted, now what?

We will send you an email confirming your enrollment in our live courses as soon as you register, with a link that allows you to download the event to your calendar. As well, you should also expect to receive a reminder email one hour before the scheduled session you registered for, so that you don't miss out and that you remember to log into the academy and initiate the live session from your profile.
Does my live course require any prerequisites?

A few days before the scheduled session of your course you will receive an email with the title ‘Upcoming JFrog Training Prerequisites‘ This email will contain guidance for the upcoming session.
Today is my course, how do I launch the session?

- To start the course Zoom meeting, first log in to the academy first, go to your profile, choose the relevant course, and click on ‘Launch Event’.
- If there is any issue, please contact your trainer, his information is presented in the reminder email you received or contact training@jfrog.com
How can I practice some hands-on work?

For now, as part of our instructor-led training program, our courses offer best practices with demos and hands-on labs. Coming soon, labs will be available in our academy as a standalone offering and not only as part of the ILT courses.

Yes! JFrog Academy is free to access. You can create an account and start learning right away at your own pace. We offer some courses for free, which mainly focus on self-paced learning. Additionally, we have paid courses available, which are primarily led by live instructors. It’s a simple way to choose the learning experience that best fits your needs!
