After several failed login attempts, there is a 20-minute lockout period. This applies even if you reset your password.

Most often the reset password email ends up in Junk/Spam folders. If you are still unable to find the reset email, please contact JFrog Support at training@frog.com.
  • I am unable to load the JFrog Academy home page or view any of the course videos when logged in.

Your company’s internet security or computer restriction rules are too strict. Alternatively, you can use a SaaS, personal PC, or mobile device to view the course. If none of these are an option, you can contact training@frog.com so we can work with your company’s IT to whitelist the video links and ports.
